La salade quinoa aux accents asiatiques

Les ingrédients pour 2

1 petite courgette bio 100 grs
1 petite carotte bio environ 100 grs
1 petit oignon 50 grs
1 ou 2 gousses d'ail
1 petit navet bio 50 grs
quinoa 80 grs
100 grs de petits pois bio
sel poivre
1/2 cc de gigembre
2/3 cs d'huile de colza
2/3 cs de soja
coriandre

Préparation

On épluche bio le navet et on le découpe en petits morceaux, on découpe en fines rondelles la courgette bio, on écosse les petits pois.

On râpe la carotte bio, on émince l’oignon bio et on hache menu l’ail bio.

Pour cuire le quinoa , on suit les instructions du paquet … dans ce cas, je l ai rincé, puis plongé 12 mins dans l’eau bouillante. Et c’etait prêt, un égouttage en bonne et due forme et c’est prêt.

Au tour maintenant des légumes à cuire, à la poêle on fait dorer 10/15 mins les rondelles de courgettes avec la moitié de l’oignon bio émincé, dans un fond d’huile. On les laisse dorer ! Pour les petits pois bio et le navet bio, une plongée dans une casserole d’eau bouillante 10 mins puis essorage.

 

Pour les légumes crus, on râpe la carotte bio.

On laisse tous les légumes à minima tiédir, voire refroidir avant de dresser la salade.

L’assaisonnement est clé dans cette recette, c’est lui qui va parfumer tous ces bons légumes frais bio avec le quinoa.

On mélange l’huile, le soja, la coriandre bio, le sel, le poivre, le gingembre.

Il n y a plus qu’à dresser .

Le quinoa au fond et pour une jolie vision, on positionne les légumes cote à cote, on assaisonne et on se régale de ces saveurs asiatiques mélangés à de bons produits frais.
