Le coulis de tomates

Les ingrédients pour 2

1/2 oignon bio
1 gousse d’ail
200 grs de coulis de tomates
1 cc de concentré de tomate
1 cc de sucre en poudre
Sel poivre
Huile
Basilic en saison ou persil

Préparation10 mins Cuisson15 mins. Difficulté 1

Etape 1

Un fond d’huile, et on y fait dorer l’ail bio et l’oignon bio hachés menus.

Quand le tout est bien doré et translucide, on ajoute le coulis de tomate, le concentré de tomate, le sel, le poivre, le sucre, le basilic coupé en morceaux.

On laisse cuire tranquillement à feu doux.

Et on laisse réduire 10/15 minutes.
