  • <h1>Les chips de courgettes bio et parmesan</h1>

Les ingrédients pour 2

300 grs de courgettes
Sel poivre
Huile d olive
100 grs de Parmesan râpé

Préparation 15 mins Cuisson 25 mins Difficulté 1

On découpe

En très fines tranches la ou les courgettes bio , si vous pouvez jouer sur les couleurs, c’est encore plus appétissant

On les dispose sur une plaque avec un papier sulfurisé ou plat passant au four
On préchauffe le four à 200°
On recouvre chaque rondelles de parmesan et de quelques gouttes d huile d’olive
On passe au four 7/8 minutes plus 2/3 minutes en mode grill

 

On sort et dépose sur un papier absorbant pour ôter le surplus d’huile avant de servir.

En apéro ou en accompagnement de viandes grillées , on se fait plaisir.
